1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of calarisparlor.shop and any order placed on it. Calaris Parlor is a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, selling online across India. Placing an order accepts these terms as they read on that day.
2. Account and fair use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number you give us, and for your account credentials. You agree not to scrape, republish or resell our listings, photographs or planting notes, and not to place orders you do not intend to accept.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is by UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery only; we do not accept credit cards, debit cards or PayPal. The shop trades below the GST registration threshold, so we do not charge GST and do not issue a GST invoice.
4. Orders and refusal
An order confirmation acknowledges rather than accepts an order. We may decline where a variety has sold out, where a price was clearly wrong, where the address is outside our courier network, or where fraud is suspected. Declined orders are refunded in full.
5. Living stock and no germination guarantee
Bulbs and tubers are living material. We guarantee the variety, the count and the condition on arrival; we do not and cannot guarantee sprouting, flowering or yield, all of which depend on soil, water, light, season and handling after delivery. Planting notes on a listing are guidance, not a promise.
6. Intellectual property
The text, photography, planting notes and layout on this site belong to Calaris Parlor. Any variety name used to describe a bulb is a horticultural description and implies no association with or authorisation from a third party.
7. Limitation of liability
So far as the law allows, goods are supplied without any other warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, is limited to the amount paid for the item concerned. Nothing here limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited by agreement.
8. Governing law
Indian law governs these terms, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
