How you can pay
UPI as the prepaid option — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app — and Cash on Delivery. Those are the only two.
What we do not accept
We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal, and we store no payment credentials. A card logo surviving in the theme is not an offer; the checkout is the authority.
Currency and tax
Prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable tax. This shop trades below the GST registration threshold, so we do not charge GST and do not issue a GST invoice.
Cash on Delivery terms
COD is available on most PIN codes at no extra charge and the checkout flags any route where it is not. Please keep the exact amount ready and collect the pack promptly — a COD parcel sitting at a hub is a week of a bulb’s life.
Failed or duplicate payments
If UPI debits and no order appears, do not pay twice. Send the UPI reference to welcome@calarisparlor.shop and we either raise the order or return the money to the same handle within 5 to 7 business days.
