Cancelling before dispatch
Cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. We pack within 1 business day, so the window is genuinely short — write as soon as you change your mind and we will stop the pack.
We charge no cancellation fee, no processing fee and no restocking fee at any stage.
Refund on a cancelled prepaid order
A cancelled prepaid order is refunded in full to the original UPI handle or bank account within 5 to 7 business days, the settlement window banks work to under the Reserve Bank of India’s framework for reversals.
After dispatch
Once the courier scans the pack it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse it at the door, but please do not — a refused pack of living stock spends a further week in transit and reaches us dead, which helps nobody. Accept it and write to us instead.
Cash on Delivery orders
Cancelling a COD order before dispatch costs nothing. Once it has left, collect it and contact us rather than refusing at the door.
When we cancel
We may cancel where a variety has sold out, where a price was published wrongly, where an order looks fraudulent, or where a heatwave makes dispatch irresponsible. Each is refunded in full and explained in writing. Questions go to welcome@calarisparlor.shop.
