Where the tracking link comes from
Tracking is emailed and texted as soon as the courier scans your pack. Dispatch is 1 business day from the order, and the link goes live a few hours after the pickup scan.
How long tracking should take to move
After that scan the pack is with Delhivery / India Post for 2-8 business days. Metro addresses land at the short end; postal routes to small towns sit at the long end.
If tracking has stalled
Send the order number to welcome@calarisparlor.shop and we raise it with the hub the same working day. With perishable stock we escalate after two quiet days rather than waiting a week.
Collect it promptly
Please collect a Cash on Delivery pack at the first attempt. Every day a bulb spends in a hub is a day off its life, and a pack returned to origin after two failed attempts usually arrives back unsellable.
At delivery
Open the pack the same day and get the bulbs into a dry, dark, ventilated spot. Soft, mouldy or rotted bulbs, the wrong variety or a short count are covered if the unboxing video reaches us within 48 hours of delivery.
