Where the pack ships from
Bulbs are graded, counted and dispatched by us from Jaipur. They travel dry in a ventilated pack with a moisture barrier rather than sealed in plastic, because a bulb sealed airtight for a week arrives soft.
Handling time
Orders are picked, counted against the pack size and dispatched in 1 business day, Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST move to the next working day.
Delivery across India
After handover the courier takes 2-5 business days to metro addresses and 4-8 business days to the rest of India. Counting handling, the usual estimate is 3-9 business days from the order.
We ship with Delhivery / India Post. Living stock is time-sensitive, so we hold back dispatch in a heatwave rather than send bulbs into a van at forty degrees — if that happens we write and tell you, we do not simply let the tracking go quiet.
Shipping charges
Free shipping from ₹999 upwards. Below that a flat ₹49 applies whatever the pack weighs, shown in the cart before you pay. Nothing is added later.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery sits alongside UPI. A few remote PIN codes are outside our couriers’ COD network and the checkout says so before you confirm. No COD convenience fee is charged.
Tracking and unpacking
A tracking link is emailed and texted on the first courier scan. Open the pack the day it arrives and get the bulbs out of the packaging, even if you are not planting yet — dry, dark and ventilated is what they want. If tracking is quiet for two working days, write to welcome@calarisparlor.shop.
